We know how important it is to get your gear quickly and safely, whether you're hitting the open road or riding through the fields. Here's everything you need to know about shipping:

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping is available for all domestic orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders over US$150 !

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to get your gear to you in a timely manner. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic)

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping times may vary based on your location and any customs delays for international orders. We appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment’s progress. If you don't receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at classicsbro77@gmail.com for assistance.

International Shipping

  • We ship globally to select countries. Please check if we ship to your location during checkout.

  • Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to product regulations, we may be unable to ship certain items to specific countries. If you're unsure about shipping restrictions to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care to pack your gear securely. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Classic Riding Gear is not responsible for any delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
